Shake the spray bottle gently
Remove the cap from the nozzle
Prime the pump by pumping it 10 times for initial use or after 2 weeks of non use
Tilt the head forward slightly
Close one nostril by pressing down on the nostril with a finger
Insert the nasal applicator into the other nostril
Point the applicator towards the back of the nose and away from the center of the nose
Spray the medication by pushing down firmly on the pump
Breathe in gently through the nostril, keeping the mouth closed
Repeat steps 6 10 for the other nostril if required
Replace the cap on the nozzle after use
